Useful Links & Information

Sometimes, the right support starts with having access to the right information.

This page brings together helpful external services, helplines, and trusted resources that may support women, families, and community members through different challenges. These services are separate from MWSC, but they may offer immediate assistance, specialist advice, crisis support, legal information, mental health help, housing support, and more.

We know reaching out can feel overwhelming. Our hope is that this page makes it easier to find the support you need, when you need it.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000.

If the situation is not an emergency but you need urgent support, please contact an appropriate crisis or helpline service listed below.
